It’s only March, but you can now start saving up because Jovian Mandagie has launched it's new "Jovian x Ria Miranda" collection 2019 collaboration. The well-known fashion designer has introduced this year's collaboration collection during the fashion show event that was held at Astaka Morroco, Putrajaya. This year he has collaborated with Indonesia designer Ria Miranda. The collaborative collections showcased 20 modest looks inspired by Morrocan style.

Guests were mingling around before the show started while enjoying some sweet desserts and taking the opportunity to take photos at the beautiful tourist spots and banner provided. The glorious fashion show started at 3.30pm with an ethnic outdoor atmosphere along with Marrakesh songs playing in the background. Hosting the fashion show was the delightful Dayah Bakar who made the fashion show more alive. Among the guests that were spotted during the event were Nina Ismail Sabri and Tya Arifin.

With a Moroccan touch such as the signature Moroccan motifs, Baroque patterns and Middle East's caving, that is presented throughout the collection. It comprises of 21 looks in varying colorways and floral motifs, and offers a variety of design that feature new silhouettes of kaftan's, loose-cut blouses, semi modern-Kurung dresses, oversized jackets, palazzo and pleated pants that have flowy and soft-drapery effect.

The Jovian x RiaMiranda collection elaborates fabric prints and bead embroidery which creates a beautiful yet stylish fashion collection. The Moroccan or Maghreb style features a combination of optical prints and floral motifs that is perfect on kaftan silhouette, blouse, modern “Baju Kurung”, oversized jacket and Palazzo pants.

Discovering 'Edo' The Mezmerizing Japanese-Inspired -Themed ZALORAYA Collection 2018

The well-known fashion designer Jovian Mandagie has introduced this year's Raya collection "Jovian Mandagie for Zalora" during his fashion show event held at Metal Bees Production House.

Guests were mingling around before the show started while enjoying some sweet desserts and taking the opportunity to take photos at the exquisite Japanese concept banner provided. The glorious fashion show started at 5pm with a very vibrant atmosphere along with Japanese songs playing in the background. Hosting the fashion show was the delightful Dayah Bakar who made the fashion show more alive. Among the guests that were spotted during the event were DeFam, Vanidah Imran, Daphne Iking and Melinda Looi.

It’s only March, but you can now start saving up because renowned fashion designer Jovian Mandagie has dropped its new Edo for ZALORAYA 2018 collection on Zalora, your favourite online fashion destination.

This year, the Edo collection is so nice (unique and different) because Jovian Mandagie, made a creative turn in intertwining Japanese-inspired designs into the traditional wear. Among the Japanese motifs influencing the collection are seen in prints of the Hokusai Wave, Seigaiha Wave, Cranes, Asanoha (hemp leaves), Shippou (seven treasure), Kiku (chrysanthemum flower), and Sakura (cherry blossom).

The silhouettes of the pieces from the design are consisted of the kimono structures of modern kurungs with ribbon wraps detailing, flared sleeves, structured peplums and complementary accents such as beaded sequins and adjustable Obi belts. The highlighted styles of Kimono -inspired look with colourful palletes of soft blue, brown, black, gold, green, red, yellow and pink definitely portrays that inimitable twist of Japanese accent with a strong cultural beauty.

Fabrication seen in the collection’s patchwork and paneling, consists of heavy printed satin, fancy organza, crepe, mixed cotton, lace, and embellished brocade. Rich brights are balanced by soft blues, and earthy tones, adding to the luxe look and feel.

“The collaboration with ZALORA has been something I look forward to every year and realizing that it has been a great 5 years has definitely made me thankful for the relationship that has gone beyond business, which I wish to cherish even more,” said Dato’ Jovian Mandagie.

Jovian Mandagie has unveiled his latest collection for this year festive season aptly named Savannah. Inspired by the intricate elements of African culture, the renowned designer gives a subtle nod to the prints and earthy colour palettes often seen on African traditional fabrics.

The collection marries distinctive patterns with bold hues while incorporating Jovian’s style DNA of embellishments and detailed beading. Modern Baju Kurung style with asymmetrical panelling, single sleeve draped shoulder dresses, overlaid half-cape dresses and pleated and gathered shift dresses. Expect fabrics such as crepe, heavy satin, mixed cotton, organza, and lace in shades of greens, pinks, greys and browns. The collection carries 40 looks for the urban woman with a responsibility towards style this Lebaran.

The Experience Of Being A Bridesmaid For A Wedding Photography - The Cosry Bridesmaid

"The bridesmaids are members of the bride's party in a wedding. A bridesmaid is typically a young woman, and often a close friend or sister. She attends to the bride on the day of a wedding or marriage ceremony. Traditionally, bridesmaids were chosen from unwed young women of marriageable age."

Not everyone wants to be a bridesmaid. When I was a little girl, I loved weddings. Beautiful bride, fancy clothes, delicious foods, happy crowds. Things could get better on this day. It’s “the” dream day. But the thought changed the minute you grew up. When I was asked to be a bridesmaid for a friend's pre-wedding photography I was skeptical at first but went along as he is one of my closest blogger friend. But things didn't turn out as planned thus we had to impromptu changed to a post-wedding photography instead.

Looking for a perfect bridesmaid dress can be quite intimidating especially if you never be a bridesmaid before. Fortunately one of my blogger friend cum the bridesmaid have acquaintance thus made it easier for us. The renowned designer The Cosry was kindly enough to sponsor the bridesmaid dresses. They've chosen a cobalt satin dress with a sash to complement the dress. Eventhough it's a simple structured dress but it did made us look elegance effortlessly. The dress not only can be worn as a bridesmaid dress but you can even wear it to any black-tie or formal events.
