If you like action and thriller drama, then you wouldn't want to miss this movie! This film has been released nationwide on October 20, 2016.

The Accountant is an action crime drama thriller film follows an autistic, small-town certified public accountant who makes his living uncooking the books of dangerous criminal organizations that are experiencing internal embezzlement. In this film we shall see Ben Affleck as 'The Accountant' stars together with Anna Kendrick, J. K. Simmons, Jon Bernthal, Jeffrey Tambor and John Lithgow.

Our attention is on an autistic math prodigy who happens to be an accountant for criminals and third world dictators. The film starts slow and simple but builds up well as the story progresses, things become more and more interesting. The premise of the movie was intriguing - seeing autism presented in a positive light is refreshing. Smart movie, intense, intricate and darkly amusing.

A fun ride with a twist on the protagonist. A little bit dragged out in parts but Ben Affleck plays his character extremely well and also there were some few comedic parts too. And there's some pretty intense violence though - so be warned.

Despite some indifferent reviews, surprisingly, The Accountant was such an enjoyable adult entertainment with a sensitive look at autism. I'd give 4/5 * because it's a thriller with an original script and an interesting protagonist with unexpected plot twists that seeks to surprise, plus Ben Affleck strong performance is both engaging and mesmerizing, at his best so far. I enjoyed the characters + story line and particularly liked the ending which I found endearing and close to my heart as I had special needs little sister!

The name was then changed to Rasa Ayamas Restaurants in 2003 to strengthen it's association with its holding company - Ayamas Food Corporation Sdn Bhd. To ride on the goodwill of the trusted Ayamas brand.

The first Rasa Ayamas flagship restaurant commenced operations in May 2003 at Sunway Pyramid. It offers full table service and is the place where the famous and delicious Ayamas Roasters and a variety of chicken meals can be experienced and savored.

The name change also serves to broaden it's appeal locally by renovating the menu and offering Local and Asian dishes. Voting Session

The meals would be incomplete without desserts (who doesn't love desserts right?). We ended the session with Brownie and Ice Cream. The ooze of chocolate flowing on the brownie made this one as my favorite dish beside Assam Laksa.

The event started with a food tasting, followed by voting for favorite dishes session in the end as a feedback from participant bloggers. Eventhough there were lack of seasoning on some of the dishes, it was such a sinful day as I've got to enjoy these delightful food spread.

Happy tummy happy me!

Theatrical Poster

Review:

If you love mystery, thriller drama and fan of adaptation film, then you've to watch this movie! This film has been released nationwide on October 6, 2016.

The Girl on the Train is a mystery thriller drama, based on the British 2015 debut novel of the same name. In this film we shall see Emily Blunt as a struggling alcoholic stars together with Rebecca Ferguson, Haley Bennett, Justin Theroux, Luke Evans, Allison Janney, Edgar Ramirez, Laura Prepon and Lisa Kudrow.

The book by Paula Hawkins had three strong female lead characters each telling their own miserable worldview of trying to live up to social standards of motherhood and marriage. The movie seems to have shorn most of the focus on character included every twist and turn, no matter how absurd.

While others might have torn apart on some film adaptations for not being anywhere near as great as the novels they are based on, for not having read the novel I have to say that as a film it is quite good. Eventhough the dull and slow pacing of this film made me feel slightly uncomfortable most of the way through. The film tries to makes you think too many things before the big reveal, which was ultimately effective, but not the greatest way. Too many puzzle and twists to get to that point.

Despite the critics have been complaining that this movie does not have the same suspense factor that it's novel had, I must say that Emily Blunt is fabulous before the story embraces it's inner 'Gone Girl'. I'd give 3.5/5 * because I felt that eventhough this movie isn't going to blow your mind but there's enough in it to enjoy a tense trip with some pretty strong performances especially Emily (well maybe because I adores her) who is incredibly amazing in her role and delivers it perfectly well. Against all odds, I had a great time watching it!

Pra-tonton 'Mat Moto Otai'

If you're a fan of comedy, well this one for you to watch! Ahmad Idham returns with his new film 'Mat Moto Otai' produced by Alpha Motion Pictures. This film will be released nationwide on October 6, 2016.
Mat Moto Otai is an action comedy film directed + acted by a well-known filmmaker @ahmad_idham. In this movie, we shall see a collaboration among these well-known & veteran actors; Dato' @eizlanyusof, @catfarish, Opie Zami, @jueaziz22_official, @maznahzolkifli, @lala.wansharmila & Sasha Saidin. This film is about four middle-aged friends who share the same interest, which is riding motorcycles. The film follows the journey of these four old-school riders as they getting back on their old hobbies after being neglected by their wives.
All I can say I wish the storyline would explore more rather than focusing on the mid-life crisis of 40 years old men! I'd give 3/5 🌟🌟🌟 bcoz it's a simple storyline but lacked of comedic punchlines. Eventhough it was packed with humor, it was a bit dry but in the end it still delivered a message of family values & tolerance. Nevertheless I enjoyed watching it! Thanks to my lovely sis @sashasaidin for the invites to this exclusive pra-tonton & @ahmadidhamfilmacademy + @tgvcinemas for the luscious #food spreads after the screening! 😋😂😅🎥🎬

Miss Pregrine's Home For Peculiar Children Preview Screening

If you're into magic & quirkiness wrapped around dark fantasy, adventure drama novel adaptation, then this movie may quench your thirst for the anomaly. This film is set to be released on September 29, 2016.
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children is a dark + fantasy adventure drama film directed by #TimBurton based on the 2011 best-selling novel of the same name by #RansomRiggs. In this movie we shall see @asabopp trying to explore about his grandfather's stories & eventually discovered his unique ability together with amazing casts Eva Green, @ella_purnell, Chris O'Dowd, Allison Janney, Rupert Everett, Terence Stamp, Judi Dench & Samuel L. Jackson!
When his beloved grandfather leaves Jake (#AsaButterfield) clues to a mystery that spans different worlds & times, he finds a magical place known as Miss Peregrine's School for Peculiar Children. But the mystery & danger deepen as he gets to know the residents & learns about their special powers - as well their terrifying enemies. Ultimately, Jake discovers that only his own special peculiarity can save his new friends.
Like every other Tim Burton's movie, 'Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children' is a fantasy filled with goth & quirkiness as per what we've seen in his previous works such as 'Alice in Wonderland', 'Charlie & the Chocolate Factory', 'Frankenweenie' & more. Another best selling teen fantasy novel hits the big screen & thanks to Tim Burton, it's a big success albeit a little strange.
All I can say that this was supremely silly & filled with crater-sized plot holes, but it's a profoundly moving film, too - about trauma, about loneliness, about aging & family. I'd give 4/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟 bcoz overall the film is magically satisfying in a peculiar way, despite having a conventional plot which seem to be a mixture of #HarryPotter + #XMen. Thanks to @ittify for the invites! #StayPeculiar 😰👻👀🎥🎬

Gala Premiere Juvana 3: Perhitungan Terakhir

If you like action film, well this one for you to watch! Juvana returns with the latest sequel entitled Juvana 3: Perhitungan Terakhir. This film is set to be released on September 29, 2015.
This final chapter of the trilogies continuing the adventures of Daim, Botak & Ayam. The story started from a continuation of the events in the second film where this time Botak, Daim & Ayam realise that the promise they have made with Raja to release Sara, Botak`s father & Apek`s siblings is only a trap. The mastermind behind the real kidnapping is Raja himself, who wants to take revenge on the people who caused him to go to jail. To make the situation worse, Raja pits the three of them against each other & conflict ensues. All that I can say I wish the storyline would be more aggresive & evolved more with the three main characters as it should be. I'd give 3/5 🌟🌟🌟 bcoz the script didn't impress me much & storyline a bit let down. But for the acting wise, I can't complain as the actors did a great job. Eventhough I was skeptical at first, I've intrigued to watch it as I've seen the previous trilogies & needed to know the ending! Thanks Mr. Roni from @empirefilmsolution & @sobat_oyan for the invites + the #goodiesbag & to @mmcineplexes for the luscious #food spreads before the screening! 😰😟🎥🎬🔫

Storks Premiere Screening

If you love animation film, then you're not gonna miss this one! Another film u can watch with entire family! This film will be released nationwide on September 22, 2016.
Storks is a 3D computer-animated adventure comedy film stars the voices of Andy Samberg, Katie Crown, Kelsey Grammer, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Jennifer Aniston, Ty Burrell, Danny Trejo & Stephen Kramer Glickman. Storks deliver babies or at least they used to. Now, they deliver packages for a global internet retail giant. Junior (#AndySamberg), the company's top delivery stork, lands in hot water when the Baby Factory produces an adorable but wholly unauthorized girl. Desperate to deliver this bundle of trouble, Junior & his friend Tulip (#KatieCrown), the only human on Stork Mountain, race against time to make their first baby drop before the boss (#KelseyGrammer) finds out.
An animated movie that slides between comedy, action & the intention of delivering a good message about friendship, parenthood, family & the possibility of facing your own fears to know your limits. Though the adults will equally enjoy the movie as well, some of the jokes in the film feel forced especially in the beginning, but as the story goes on, the jokes become more fluid & natural.
All that I can say that the film is quite refreshing though not exactly new & not logical (the origin of baby), the plot is quite predictable, but despite all that it's heart-warming moments, the message about how the importance of family. I'd give 3.5/5 🌟🌟🌟 bcoz it's a sweet reminder how important #friendship & family relationship are! A family film this charming is always a treat even had me in tears a lil bit for some parts. Thanks to #Screenbite & @yes4g for the invites!
